Jim Zidar, the CEO of one of the Triangle's fastest growing startups - Stealz, gets a mid-day visit from Kyle, Jared and three varieties of Big Boss Brewing. Everything from 90s rap music to gas station showers is discussed as Jim recounts the journey that landed Stealz a spot on Scott Wingo's "Tweener's to Watch" list.

Kyle & Jared grab a couple of growlers of Crank Arm's White Wall Wheat and sit down with the founders of Malartu, Jon Spinney & Sean Steigerwald. In between sips, laughs and inside jokes, the four drinking buddies discuss finding the right business partner, startup financing, life as a rockstar and why the need is real.

Kyle and Jared meet up with WedPics CEO, Raleigh Ambassador and self-proclaimed "tacosaurus", Justin Miller, and his coop of chickens for some backyard brews. Between chicken clucks, Miller recounts the ups and downs of raising $11 million and the story behind their Silicon Valley-esque acquisition offer.

Kyle and Jared pick up a six pack of Carolina Brewing's Pale Ale and head to the Neuse River to meet up with the founder of Lawson Hammock Company, Wes Johnson. The fellas find out how the Raleigh solopreneur built Lawson Hammock from a side gig in his house to an award winning camping accessory company with a national presence.

Jared & Kyle make their way to the Feelgoodz treehouse to catch up with the CEO of the flipflop empire, Mark Saad. The trio sip on Fullsteam's Paycheck pilsner and talk about consumer entrepreneurship in the heart of downtown Raleigh. From rubber trees in Thailand and WholeFood contracts to company mergers and Jack Johnson endorsements, the Feelgoodz journey has been everything but conventional. 

Kyle & Jared head to the woods to chop it up with serial entrepreneur, 500 Startups alum and self-made lumberjack, Jon Colgan. The three sip on Raleigh Brewing's Miller's Toll while they discuss an array of topics - from startup struggles & entrepreneurial traits to high school diplomas & chicken hawks.

Kyle & Jared stop by the MATI Manufacturing facility for a tour and talk with MATI Founder and CEO, Tatiana Birgisson. The three play their hand at mixologist with a combination of champagne, white wine and all three flavors of MATI. Tatiana walks the fellas through MATI's journey from brewing in her dorm room to snagging a $100,000 investment from Steve Case.

Kyle and Jared hit up their favorite barber shop, Arrow Haircuts, for a cut, shave and a cold beer. Afterwards, the brew boys join Co-Founder of Arrow, Pete Phipps, at Trophy Brewing to hear how Arrow went from zero to three barber shops in two years with no hair experience and a zero dollar marketing budget.

Jared & Kyle head to their old stomping grounds to catch up with the founder of Headbands of Hope, Jess Ekstrom. The three NC State alums sip on Raleigh Brewing's First Squeeze at the Aloft bar across from the Bell Tower. They chat about everything from student entrepreneurship to corporations with a cause, and Jess handpicks a pair of headbands for the boys.

Kyle & Jared head to State of Beer for a couple of pints of cider and a sit down with former NC State football standout and founder of Gryppers, Jamelle Eugene. Jamelle talks about the transition from athlete to entrepreneur, and the journey of growth that ultimately landed the sportswear startup the NC Idea Grant.
